As part of our commitment to providing excellent service and improving collaboration with our valued partners, Philippine Airlines in partnership with Salesforce, will embark on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, which optimizes our customer interactions, streamline processes, improve data management, and provide our industry partners and passengers with amazing service at scale that will ultimately drive our sales to new heights.  

A more detailed information about this project is enclosed in the letter from our Vice President for Sales, Mr. Salvador “Bud” Britanico, Jr.
